Dr. Rebecca Heiss
Dr. Rebecca Heiss is a stress physiologist, author, keynote speaker, and your personal guide through The Fearless Accelerator. She's taken her years of research and crammed it into a transformational course to guide women beyond the toxic patterns that hold them hostage.
Why Rebecca? Because she's lived it. She built this course for herself first, as a way to move from chasing validation and approval from others to embracing her own worth and value. Now she's ready to empower others to build the mindset and habits that attract healthy relationships, successful careers, and purposeful, fear(less) lives.

What is The Fearless Accelerator?
The Fearless Accelerator is personal and professional leadership development for high-achieving women across the globe.
We help women transform feelings of stress, anxiety, and impostorism to owning their calm, confident and authentic power through an online curriculum, with journal prompts, visualizations and meditations, downloadable worksheets, and neural habit bands (delivered to your door!)

The lessons draw from Rebecca's extensive background in stress physiology and unique ability to find science-backed solutions to issues that plague women in leadership.
Chapter 1: KNOW THYSELF
A return to you. Many of us are so busy being people pleasers and tending to the needs of others we wake up one day and realize we’ve completely lost the core sense of who we are. In this section we will understand the factors that contribute to “the slipping away” and find ways to resurface our authentic self. Participants will have the opportunity to take a professional Enneagram so that they can work through visualizations and mantras specific to their type.

Chapter 2: STRESS, ANXIETY, & TIME
While stress is an inevitable part of living, many of us live in a condition of chronic stress with consequences for our health, relationships, and performance. In this section, we will understand how the scarcity cycle can lead us to fight/flight/freeze/appease responses and develop strategies to intervene in both acute and repeated predictable stressors. We also cover time management techniques to take our power back over time and lack mentality.

Chapter 3: NAVIGATING FEAR
Our fears of rejection and failure are both natural and normal, but that doesn’t mean they should stand in our way of accomplishing our dreams. This section works through discomfort, social anxiety, and fear setting to reframe and rewire our ancient brains for the modern world in which they live.
The ADD technique is introduced as well as strategies to negotiate when the fear feels overwhelming, using Internal Family Systems techniques.

Chapter 4: OVERCOMING THE IMPOSTER
Somewhere between 75-82% of us suffer with imposter syndrome – the belief that we are not worthy of a relationship, or career or other accolades; that we are really just frauds and any day we’ll be discovered. This section is dedicated to calling out our imposter thoughts that keep us caged behind masks of perfectionism, procrastination and lower performance (and enjoyment of life)! An assessment will help us identify the specific type and severity of our imposter thoughts and then we’ll tackle this type of thinking with strategies to change our automatic negative thoughts and build a confidence flywheel by working with our physiological responses and building sustainable new habits.

Chapter 5: BOUNDARY SETTING
Women, in particular, face a difficult societal bind of expectation: be strong and be the “good girl.” Be a boss, but not bossy. In this section, we tackle the responsibilities of setting and holding appropriate boundaries, through knowing and establishing your rights, clearly communicating them and recognizing when confrontation is necessary (and even when ties might need to be cut). Finally, we discuss the art of when and how to say “no” and “sorry.”

Chapter 6: MANIFESTING POSITIVITY
It feels like you can’t get through the day without hearing about manifesting, and the law of attraction. In the final section of the Fearless Accelerator, we address the science of manifesting by exploring the biology, psychology, and physics behind attracting what you desire and work together through visualization practices to keep the momentum of everything you’ve learned in the course pushing forward toward a more fearless life.
